In our work together, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—two powerful, evidence-based modalities that go beyond talk therapy to create deep, lasting change.​​
EMDR helps you reprocess painful memories that are still stored in your nervous system—especially those from childhood, relational trauma, or moments when your emotional needs went unmet. Instead of reliving the past, EMDR allows your brain to make sense of it, reducing the emotional charge and freeing you to respond with greater calm, clarity, and self-trust in the present.
IFS therapy helps you explore your inner world with compassion. We’ll get to know the parts of you that protect, perform, overthink, or shut down—and gently connect with the younger parts that still carry pain, fear, or shame. As these parts begin to feel seen and supported, you can build a stronger sense of self, one that feels safe, grounded, and capable of deep emotional connection.
