Clinical Consultation for Therapist

Support for the work that asks more of you than a training can teach.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone

Maybe you're newly trained in EMDR, excited to bring it into your work, but unsure exactly where to begin or whether you're doing it "right." Or maybe you've been seeing clients for years, feel confident with EMDR in general, but are stuck on a complex trauma case, unsure how to work with dissociation, navigate protective parts, or use cognitive interweaves to finally help a client clear a target for good. Maybe you're drawn to attachment theory and want support building real skill in recognizing and working with anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment in your clients. Wherever you are in that range, you don't have to figure it out alone. I've got you. Let's figure it out together.

My Approach

As a trauma-informed therapist certified in EMDR, an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, with advanced training in Internal Family Systems, Parts Work, and attachment theory, my approach to consultation blends clinical depth with emotional safety. Doing this kind of deep, relational work requires spaces where we can slow down, notice our own internal reactions, and bring genuine curiosity to the clinical process, rather than just problem-solving from the outside.

Together, we can explore your cases, discuss interventions, troubleshoot stuck points, and clarify next steps, always through a lens that honors your intuition, your clinical wisdom, and the sacred nature of this work.

Who This Is For

  • Therapists working with clients navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, or dissociation

  • Newly EMDR-trained clinicians wanting to build confidence around the 8 phases and how to actually apply them with clients

  • EMDR-trained clinicians wanting to explore integrating IFS

  • IFS practitioners seeking to deepen their work with protective parts and attachment themes

  • Therapists interested in attachment theory and wanting to build skills navigating anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment with clients

  • Case conceptualization and interventions for clients with early relational trauma, emotional neglect, or dissociation

  • Therapists desiring a collaborative, relational space to grow their clinical confidence

Whether you're seeking regular consultation or one-time support on a specific case, I'd be honored to support your work.

What To Expect

Consultation

We'll start with a brief conversation, either by phone or Zoom, for me to learn about what support you're looking for. I can share more about your options, and together we can figure out the best option for you.

Schedule & Paperwork

Once you're ready to move forward, I'll send over any necessary paperwork, and we'll find a time that works for your schedule, whether that's a one-time session, regular ongoing consultation, or joining the consultation group.

Individual Consultation

In our one-on-one sessions, we'll dig into your specific cases, questions, or stuck points, with space to slow down and think through your clinical work together, not just get quick answers.

Group Consultation

In our monthly group, you'll bring cases and questions alongside a small group of fellow clinicians, learning not just from me but from each other's clinical perspectives, in a collaborative, supportive space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Complex trauma work asks a lot of you, and you don't have to carry it without support. Whether you're new to EMDR or years into your practice, there's real value in having a space to slow down, reflect, and grow. I'd be honored to be that space for you.
