I offer a free 20-minute consultation to answer any questions and ensure I am a good fit for what you are looking for prior to getting started.

Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I accept cash, credit cards, and FHA/FSA cards for payments.

By operating as an Out-of-Network provider, I can dedicate more time to your care. My session rate reflects not only our time together but also the additional work I invest outside of our sessions. This includes consulting with other professionals, pursuing training and resources to enhance my services, and staying up to date on the latest research and treatment methods to support your goals.
