Online Therapy: Care That Comes to You
Between work, relationships, and everything else on your plate, finding time for therapy can feel like one more thing to manage. Virtual therapy means you don't have to choose between showing up for your care and showing up for your life — sessions fit into your schedule, wherever you are.
This is especially true if you live near the California/Nevada border, where finding a therapist licensed in both states can be surprisingly hard. I'm licensed in California and Nevada, so whether you're in South Lake Tahoe, Truckee, or anywhere else near the state line, you don't have to choose one state's providers over the other — you have access to care either way.
How It Works
Sessions happen over a secure, private video platform, from wherever fits into your day: home, your office between meetings, or anywhere you have privacy and a stable connection. I conduct sessions from either my private office or a dedicated home office, ensuring a professional, confidential environment on my end as well. I use Zoom, a HIPAA-compliant platform, so logging on is simple and familiar. I'll send you a link ahead of each session, making it easy to get started.
As a California-licensed therapist (CA LMFT 120492), I provide virtual therapy to residents throughout the state — from the Tahoe Basin, including Truckee, South Lake Tahoe, and Tahoe City, to the Bay Area, Sacramento, and beyond.
You Deserve Therapy That Actually Works for You
If past therapy has felt surface-level, or like you were given tools without ever getting to the root of what's really going on, I want you to know: this can be different. Using EMDR, IFS, EFT, and attachment-focused therapy, we'll go deeper — not just managing symptoms, but actually healing the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships. Whether we're in the same room or connected virtually, the depth of this work doesn't change.
