Clinical Supervision

Secondary Supervision for MFT, CSW & LPC Interns
Build your identity as a trauma therapist through a relational, experiential, and integrative lens.

The early years of clinical practice are formative—and they deserve supervision that’s thoughtful, trauma-informed, and grounded in depth.

If you’re an MFT or LPC intern working toward licensure and want to integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy into your work, secondary supervision can offer a supportive space to:

  • Clarify your clinical voice and theoretical framework

  • Receive feedback on case conceptualization, treatment planning, and interventions

  • Learn how to integrate parts work and attachment repair into EMDR

  • Explore how early relational dynamics show up in the therapeutic relationship

  • Navigate countertransference, pacing, and self-of-the-therapist work

  • Develop confidence in working with trauma, emotional neglect, and dissociation

This is a space to grow your skills and tend to your self-of-the-therapist journey—because good therapy starts with an attuned, grounded clinician.

I offer supervision that’s collaborative, nonjudgmental, and experiential. Together, we explore not just what you’re doing in session, but why—so you can build a practice that’s intentional and aligned.

My clinical background includes Certification in EMDR, advanced trainings in Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and psychodynamic therapy. I bring an attachment-based, relational lens to everything I do—along with a deep respect for the vulnerability of being a new therapist.

Whether we’re reviewing a case, role-playing a session, or exploring your countertransference, my goal is to help you feel more equipped and more connected to the work.

  • MFT, CSW or LPC interns working under a primary supervisor who would like additional support

  • Interns interested in deepening their clinical foundation from an attachment-based framework

  • Clinicians drawn to EMDR, IFS, and/or EFT treatment approaches

  • Therapists who value self-reflection, curiosity, and relational learning

You do not need to be fully trained in EMDR or IFS to participate—just curious and open to learning.
