EMDR Therapy Intensives

Deep Healing in Less Time
Sometimes, weekly therapy sessions don’t feel like enough.
You may be carrying trauma, stress, or emotional wounds that you’re finally ready to address, but traditional therapy can feel slow when you're ready to do the work.

EMDR Therapy Intensives offer a way to experience the benefits of therapy in a more condensed and powerful format.
What Are EMDR Intensives?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a highly effective trauma treatment that helps your brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.

In an intensive, we work together for a longer block of time—typically half-day, full-day, or multi-day sessions—allowing you to go deeper, stay more focused, and accelerate your healing journey.

This immersive approach provides the time and continuity to move through trauma memories in one sitting, instead of waiting weeks between sessions.
Who Are EMDR Intensives For?
Intensives may be a good fit if you:
-
Feel “stuck” in traditional weekly therapy
-
Want relief from a specific traumatic memory or life event
-
Have a busy schedule and prefer fewer, longer sessions
-
Are preparing for a major life transition and want extra support
-
Are currently working with an individual therapist you love, but believe you would benefit from EMDR
-
Desire a focused space to work through relational or attachment wounds
What To Expect
Your intensive will be carefully structured to meet your unique needs. Here’s what the process looks like:

-
Pre-Intensive Interview – We’ll discuss your history, goals, and determine the best fit for your needs.
-
Personalized Treatment Plan – You’ll receive a clear outline of what we’ll focus on during your intensive.
-
The Intensive – A 3–6 hour therapy block (with breaks), designed to help you process trauma, regulate your nervous system, and experience meaningful relief.
-
Integration & Follow-Up – You’ll receive tools and practices to support integration after your intensive, with an optional follow-up session.
