  • Have completed EMDR basic training and want to continue developing your skills.

  • Work with clients experiencing complex trauma, attachment wounds, or dissociation.

  • Want to explore how attachment patterns and protective parts influence EMDR treatment.

  • Appreciate thoughtful case discussions that consider both EMDR protocols and attachment

Whether you're early in your EMDR practice or have years of experience, this group offers space to ask questions, reflect on challenging cases, and learn alongside other therapists.

OUR CONSULTATION PHILOSOPHY

ATTACHMENT & RELATIONSHIPS

Exploring how attachment patterns and relational experiences influence trauma responses, EMDR treatment, and the therapeutic relationship.

DISSOCIATION &
PARTS WORK

Understanding protective parts, dissociative responses, and how these complexities influence EMDR processing and treatment planning.

CLINICAL CASE CONCEPTUALIZATION

Integrating attachment, dissociation, and relational perspectives into EMDR treatment planning.

At Grow Today Therapy, EMDR consultation is grounded in attachment theory, psychodynamic thinking, and an understanding of dissociation and parts work.

We explore how early experiences and relational patterns may shape a client's responses throughout EMDR treatment. Particular attention is given to protective parts, dissociative responses, and their influence on treatment planning, readiness for processing, and the therapeutic relationship.

When EMDR work becomes complicated, we consider what may be happening beneath the surface. Through case discussion, therapists can explore clinical questions, reflect on challenges, and develop a more nuanced understanding of complex trauma.

Our goal is to create space for thoughtful consultation that supports continued professional growth and attachment-informed EMDR practice.

EMDR CONSULTATION TOWARDS CERTIFICATION

Grow Today Therapy offers group consultation for EMDR-trained therapists who want to deepen their clinical understanding, including those pursuing EMDRIA certification.

The group is facilitated by Lisa Stoll, LMFT, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training (CIT), with an emphasis on attachment theory, dissociation, parts work, and complex trauma.

Eligible consultation hours may count toward EMDRIA certification requirements, subject to EMDRIA's current guidelines and individual eligibility.

If you plan to use consultation hours toward certification, please let us know before registering so we can discuss requirements and documentation.

Not pursuing certification? You're welcome here, too. Our group is open to EMDR-trained therapists seeking ongoing consultation and professional growth.
